High quality water is one of the main ingredients in beer. So it’s no surprise that water conservation is a priority at Anheuser-Busch – at our breweries, at our agricultural operations and through employee involvement within our communities. And just as we are striving to conserve energy, we’re looking for ways to reduce the amount of water we use in our facilities while maintaining our quality standards. Brewery employees have actively been looking for opportunities to reduce water use throughout the brewing and packaging processes. Our U.S. breweries have decreased water use by nearly 37 percent since 2000. And we also work with key environmental groups to help protect watersheds around the country. Water conservation will always be important to us at Anheuser-Busch. After all, you need great water to make great beer.
