Cos, Inc. announced today the intended withdrawal of its 6 ½% Debentures due January 1, 2028, and of its common stock
from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) after its board of directors voted to authorize this action. The announcement
follows the completion of its merger with InBev N.V./S.A. (Euronext: INB), on November 18, 2008. The agreement to
